first one is what's better for my heart, margarine or butter. i have heard conflicting reports. what's the real deal? >> the real deal on this, and i'm probably gonna get a lot of people up. check it out folks online. don't just take my word for it. take no one's word for it. honestly, years ago when transfats were allowed to be running rap pant in our foods and they were not checked by the government. really a tub of spreadable like an olive oil type margarine is a healthier choice. olive oil, vegetable oil, water, salt. when you look at a stick of butter it's solid room temperature. it's an animal product so it has animal based cholesterol and saturated fats. the tub margarines will be vegetable oil, nonsaturated fats and just you don't want to eat a ton of either one of them. don't eat stick margarine. >> what about i can't believe it's not buter? >> again, a decent choice. what you want to look at, read

the next question, i have recently joined a gym that i really like -- sorry. i know you say you need eight hours of sleep a night. i feel better when i get five to six. what should i do? try to get more? >> we do have a lot of rules and regulations put out there by the governing bodies. honestly, you have to look into your body at times. some people do better on five or six hours of sleep. you can't do three or four. if your body responds better, you can go with that. you've got to get at least five. if you feel better on that, don't try to shove in more. >> if people want to ask you more questions go to my website. people are also trying to look at the workout. there's a blog button. if you have any of those things -- >> easy to talk to. stay with us. john has another look at your forecast when we c
